Connections
Connections is a poetry film collaboration between Mark Smith, award winning poet Colm Keegan, Arcade Film and Run of the Mill Arts. Supported by The Arts Council of Ireland and Creative Ireland.
Connections is the culmination of an opportunity for lead performer Mark Smith to further pursue his emerging practice in performance poetry for film; an artistic journey that began with Culture Night commission Quarantine in 2020, to further explore his growing thematic interest in the vulnerabilities of Ireland’s poor during the Great Famine.
